Turn choke off and the engine will idle fine for a few seconds then the engine revs up to 5000 rpm or so. Also, if I give the throttle a blip the engine will rev up to 5000 rpm and stay there. Prior to me synchronizing the carbs I had the idle set at 1000 rpms and it wouldn't always stay idling. However, the idle didn't hang at high rpms like it does now. After I synchronized the carbs I left the idle around 1200 rpms and now have the hanging idle problem. Run it until you get to operating temperature, and then slowly turn the pilot screw on one carburetor to find the highest point of RPM. use the stop screw on that side to get the RPM back down to ~1200.
