But if you're concerned, maybe pay a little extra and require a signature confirmation. For that amount, you probably are anyhow though. And yes. All in house now. It's basically that simple, but the fact that "John Smith" has meant "random generic nobody" for quite a long time now probably doesn't encourage any Smiths to name their kid John.
