WebOn March 16th the irs deposited my tax refund into n account at greendot. When I never Received my refund the irs did a trace and got the account number and routing number and asked me to contact civista bank. The bank jepps routing me to sanatbarabra tax group and they told me to call greendot about the account. WebMar 19, 2024 · The only way to get your money is to withdraw at an ATM or use it to purchase and bring the balance to 0. You can not contact greendot to get help!! Last thing they wanted was my license. Im submitting a complaint with the IRS to let yhem know about grendots activity on the cards they send out.
