I don't have any skis to specifically recommended, but it doesn't look like the Backland or the wider Helios are what you're after. The skier needs to bring the skills and the tail can be dealt with. OTOH, the tip design is something that will fight you in these conditions and is difficult to "override" even with the skills present.
