Then press the power button to turn on the computer, it will drain any residual electricity in the PSU's cap and then you can work on it. WebAug 10, 2014 · Out of nowhere, my motherboard sparked and literally caught fire. It was a little chip near the CPU (P022) that caught fire and melted. The original motherboard was part number AAH02-HY Rev 1.02. I couldn't find this same board, so I replaced it with part number AAH02-H Rev 1.03.
